A little WR help

Recommended Posts

Ok, coming into the season I felt ok about my receivers, now I just don't know since Fitz, Branch and Reggie Brown were duds in week 1.

So, my leage is PPR and starts 1RB, 1WR, 3 Flex. I have Fitgerald starting at the WR spot and Addai taking one of the flex spots. So I need to fill two flex spots with two of the following:

Deion Branch @ Ariz

Reggie Brown vs Wash

Brandon Marshall vs Oak

Ronald Curry @ Den

Thomas Jones @ Baltimore

Muhamed vs KC

So pick two of these guys.

I think Branch willl do well this week esp. with Shaun's wrist and maybe Brandon Marshall since Walker is hurting...

You're probably going to hate my answer, but I would say start Brown and Branch again. I see both those guys bouncing back but even if they don't, your other options are pretty bad. The only other option I would consider is muhammad, but Grossman is terrible so thats a tough sell. I feel your pain with fitzgerald....i'm struggling with whether to start him this week. At least in your case he's an obvious start.

Take a look at Branch's career numbers versus TB (as a member of Seattle) and youll see success. He has 5 TD in 4 career games (if I remember correctly). I think after last week, coupled with a less than stellar Bucs D and his career numbers, you should start DB.

I think you go with Brown and look for him to rebound and go with Branch seeing as Holmgrem commented earlier in the week about how he needs to be more involved. Your other matchups are just not that good otherwise normally I would say Jones but I don't expect alot from him this week.

mine please

Am I missing something? Branch came to Seattle last year. This was his second game against TB. They played in week 17 last year and Branch had 3 catches for 38 yards and no TD's. Not much success.

I don't know if he played them while with NE, but you said to look at his numbers against TB as a membr of Seattle.

Branch and Brown in my opinion as well. Muhammed, Jones and Curry are all definate sits this week so if you want to go different plug in Marshall for Branch. Brown should produce this week for sure, I expect Branch to rebound as well....

Thanks for mine ...

I'd say Brown, Branch and Marshall

The whole Eagles O was a bust last week and I think they'll be better prepared this week.

Branch should have a solid game against a bad team

Marshall I think is just the best of the rest.
