Would you do this trade?

Am in need of a WR and have RB depth. 12 team, standard scoring (4 pt passing TDs, 1 pt per 10 yards rushing/receiving):

 

QB: Bulger, J Campbell

RB: W Parker, MJD, Portis, K Jones, D Ward, Betts

WR: Colston, D Branch, S Holmes

TE: Watson

 

Was offered Boldin for Branch, K Jones and D Ward. The last two backs will probably never see playing time anyway, so I'm viewing this as an upgrade from Branch to Boldin.

Getting Boldin would also eliminate the Branch/Holmes dilemma each week. Let me know if you think I should pull the trigger.

I really like that deal for you, you don't give up any of your top 3 RBs and you upgrade your WR by a good amount. I'd do it.
