Think I can make a trade for Chad or Rudi Johson

A manager just left a message on the league page about needing WRs. Here's what we've got going on. We start 2 WRs and 2RBs every week, 6 pts/TD, 5 pt bonus at 100 yards, 1 pt per 10 yards over 100. I'm fairly deep at WR but this other owner is really hurting, what do you think I can pull off here? ALSO, he's in my division so I don't wanna make is team TOO good.

 

My Team

RBs - Travis Henry, MJD, Brandon Jackson, Chris Brown

 

WRs - Torry Holt, Randy Moss, Reggie Brown, Deion Branch

 

HIS Team

RBs - Rudi Johnson, Cedric Benson, Mike Bell, Lendale White

 

WRs - Chad Johnson, Joe Horn, Muhsin Muhammad, Brandon Jones

No, I don't think you can get either Johnson w/o dismantling your team.

Nope. You really don't have a real power position at rb or wr that gives you room to move for an upgrade.

I'd only deal if you can get Rudi with maybe a MJD and someone else trade. Otherwise, stick to what you've got, it's a nice team

How about this. I give up Deion Branch (ranked 13), Reggie Brown (ranked 33), and MJD (ranked 27) and in return I get Rudi Johnson (ranked 5), Muhsin Muhammad (ranked 54) and Brandon Jones (ranked 44). (Rankings according to FFToday)

I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't feel comfortable starting Muhammad nor Jones on any week. Like one guy said above, I'd try trading MJD and maybe Branch for Rudi. If I were you I'd also wait until after sunday, maybe Chris Brown'll have a good game or MJD finally does what he's supposed to and you'll be able to get better value for them, or just avoiding the need to make a trade afterall.

I would try R. Brown for Cedric Benson, if anything. And I would be leaning towards staying with what you have
