TE/DEF Help for this week! Need some advice!

with Vernon Davis out i have the option of picking up a TE this week, who should i play this week of these tight ends?

 

Desmond Clark @ DET

Greg Olsen @ DET

Donald Lee @ MIN

 

also i don't really have a great Defense option this week, which of these teams should i play?

 

SEA defense @ SF

HOU defense @ ATL

 

any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

Uhg, I don't think you can go wrong (right?) with who you pick for TE this week. I'd go with Donald only because he's not sharing touches.

 

I like what's going on in ATL right now regarding the passing game, and SFD is a banged up lot at the moment - go with SEA.

i'd seriously flip a coin between desmond and donald lee. who knows if griese will look to him or lee will get that 2 catches, 15 yards and a TD that's always possible

 

i'd go with houston D, especially if your scoring is geared more toward sacks, turnovers, etc. instead of yards allowed

as far as pts allowed, i think sea & hou will be fairly similar (i'm assuming SF does a little better this week...cincy was able to throw all day last week)

I would go with Lee at TE. And as the above poster said, go with Houston DEF if your league awards points for sacks & turnovers, SEA if it's yardage scoring.

I say out of those three TEs D Clark. Should be a high scoring game and its a real toss up on Olsen or Clark. As far as the D I would go with Hou @ ATL. ATL is bad

I'm playing Olsen (he was inches from a TD last week in his 1st game). Griese is a much more conservative and will check off to shorter receivers.

 

I will pick Hou vs Atl.
