Cjt727 0 Posted October 7, 2007 Standard ESPN scoring (10 yards =1pt, touchdown =2pts, 2pt conversion / 40+yard td = 2 pts.) Flex spot: My options are: Marshawn Lynch vs NE, Wes Welker vs Buffalo, or Kevin Jones vs Was. I'll usually start a running back in Flex no matter what, but Welker does have a much better matchup than the both of them. TE: Chris Cooley vs Det. or Owen Daniels vs Mia. Both have good matchups so it's tough. I'm leaning more towards Cooley. Def: Chicago or Green Bay (Playing each other) Defensive scoring gets points for tds, sacks, & turnovers, but looses points for PA My mind says start Chicago no matter what, but I think a strong GB defense a confused Chicago offense is a better matchup than the banged up Bears secondary against Favre. tazman01 0 Posted October 7, 2007 Kevin Jones should get a TD and could be shouldering more of a load this week. I like Cooley to break out this week in that matchup and they should be without Santana Moss I like Gb here, Chic def is quite banged up, GB offense is on a roll, Griese should turn the ball over and allow a few sacks - last week was his first start in quite a while. Cedric Benson could cough it up as well. Good Luck

Overthemiddle 0 Posted October 7, 2007 Welker, Cooley, and GB. All no brainers.
WFactor 0 Posted October 7, 2007 1) Use Marshawn here. As you said, it's advantageous to use a RB no matter what, and you can't sit him...BTW, he's playing Dallas, not NE. NE is playing Cleveland. 2) Use Cooley here. He'll get more targets if Moss doesn't play. 3) Green Bay...Chicago D is hurting and GB will take advantage of Griese. Please answer mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293881 Thanks in advance.

I would go Welker. He does get a lot of targets, despite the game being dominated by Moss. Are you in a PPR? I wouldnt start him otherwise. Cooley, Miami is a better passing d than running d, which i guess doesnt mean much, but still cooley against that bad lions d. Green Bay. I just see it as a matter of who will win, and my gut says Favre is having a magical run. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293869 thanks in advance
vjjjc 0 Posted October 7, 2007 I'd go with Welker and GB for the safer pick http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293896
