Dunno what it says, but I'm guessing it says something about the reduction of football scholarships from 150 to 85 (or whatever) being the single biggest factor in said 'parity'. That's 75 other scholarship-worthy athletes that, instead of going to USC, went to no-name programs like Southern Florida. (for example)

I havent read the link yet, but im sure it has to do with college football playing a major role in the housing slump and how it will eventually lead our country into a recession
