mobb_deep 920 Posted October 11, 2007 That's a tough one but I don't think I'd pull the trigger. Boldin is close to returning and with Warner throwing the rock should put up close numbers to Harrison, BUT Harrison is more of a sure thing. Drew Brees is a good buy low candidate, but he still carries alot of risk. Andre Davis and Wright are basically fillers, although Wright has limited value for atleast this week. Northcutt is also a non factor so this trade is basically Brees and Boldin for Harrison. If you feel like Brees could bounce back and you need the QB help, do the deal. If you feel ok with your current QB's I'd stay put. Although Boldin says he's real close to coming back you just never know. Harrison on the other hand, could have played last week and is a definite go after the bye. Please see mine when you have a minute.
kolp 9 Posted October 11, 2007 I say pull the trigger. What this trade boils down to is A. Davis and A. Boldin for Harrison. The rest of the players involved are backups and 3rd tier wideouts. And actually, Wright may have the starting role for a few weeks, who knows. I'd take those 2 younger wr's on pass-happy offenses over Harrison any day. Sure he's Mr. Consistent, but this should be the year we see a changing of the guard in Indy with Wayne taking over as the #1. Good luck with whatever u decide.
