Am I nuts? I just traded Gore and Chambers for LJ what you think?

I just have a feeling that LJ is going to blow up the next 10 games. He played some very good defenses the first 5 weeks. Am i nuts??

you didn't need to throw chambers in....gore and lj are equals and gore has an equally nice schedule down the road

yes you're nuts, sorry. i would also have been willing to do gore for lj straight up (despite lj's upcoming monster of a game against cincy)

I wouldn't have done that. I don't think LJ is going to blow up at all. That O-Line is no longer superior and they have issues at QB. That being said, Gore is somewhat of an injury risk so it's not a horrible trade.

My reasoning for the trade is I just feel LJ is going to have a great last 10 games. I already have Harrison Owens and D Mason as a WR so chmabers was useless for me

I understand your logic, but I just don't see the O-line for the Chiefs getting any better soon. Losing Roaf right before the season really screwed them over. If you think back to the past couple years, it seems to me that all of their successful runs were on the left side of the line (where Roaf is now absent).

 

Chiefs homers correct me if I'm wrong...

 

It's a calculated gamble which if you're right will be a major coup for you. You're right about Chambers, he was useless for you so throwing him into the deal was no big deal.
