Madler 6 Posted October 20, 2007 Who should I go with Coles or Curtis. I trust McNabb over Pennington, but Bears D is much better than Bengals. For RB L. Jordan or Gore. My gut says Jordan, since Gore has burned me all year, but Gore was my first round pick. I will help you.
cmckee 0 Posted October 20, 2007 curtis to me has more upside but he's so hit or miss. jordan has practiced all week but gore is due for a big game. curtis & gore http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=0#entry3373495
himmystyles 30 Posted October 20, 2007 Curtis for sure... if you can't start both gore and jordan i think you still need to go wih Gore here just because hes no doubt getting ALL the touches. Thanks for mine.
Emteesee 4 Posted October 20, 2007 I wouldn't say the Bears D is "much" better than the Bengals. Cincinnati's giving up an average of about 259 yards per game to receivers, Chicago's yielding about 245. And they're both right there together at the bottom in rush defense also. The matchups, in my opinion, favor Coles. The Bengals should put up points against the Jets (who are in the bottom third of NFL defenses as well) and Pennington will be forced to chuck it a lot. The Eagles have a better chance of getting a decent lead and sitting on it. Gore and Jordan is a tough call. You gotta figure Jordan will be the man but you also have to wonder if Rhodes will get any carries, especially if Jordan struggles or his back starts bugging him. I think for that reason only I'd go with Gore.
capmeo 0 Posted October 20, 2007 I would definitely go Curtis. Between Jordan and Gore, tough choice, but I would go Gore.
SC_TBFD 0 Posted October 20, 2007 Coles based on matchup. Jordan and Gore I just don't know. I like Jordan but Gore seems due. I guess I'd go Jordan...
huskerinct 1 Posted October 20, 2007 I'd go Coles definitely. He has a better match up, and as stated earlier, Jets may be down, and have to air it out. At RB, hmmm wow tuffie. KC has a solid run def, and just how healthy is Jordan? Do they ease him back in? Or does he get the bulk? Gore is due for a decent game. NYG has show they can be run on, but they can also stuff it big time. Jordan is a better risk reward guy. I think Gore will get you 10-12 and Jordan can get you 6-25. You need a sure 10-12? Or you want a shot at a big game? I would gamble and go with Jordan. Coles and Jordan. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=297032
