jdavidson34 0 Posted October 20, 2007 I know this may sound weird sitting the #2 back in the NFL, but New England has been controlling the clock for about 40 mins a game and Miami is going to be passing a lot. I'm thinking as long as Maroney is out then Faulk should get the start since he'll be getting touches and Miami will not be stacking the box like New England surely will be...let me know what you think

WFactor 0 Posted October 20, 2007 The great thing about Ronnie Brown is that he will catch passes out of the backfield. If the Pats have a huge lead, they will prevent getting beat deep, so Ronnie Brown won't have a great game running the ball, but will get catches...Faulk should only be considered if Maroney is inactive, and even then, Faulk will unlikely get a TD. Buck Throbbington 0 Posted October 20, 2007 Brown. Brown will get his, whether it's rushing or screen passes. He's pretty much unbenchable at this point. Also, there are way too many question marks with Faulk. Here's a couple: 1. Maroney may still play. 2. The split between Faulk and Evans (and maybe even that other guy) is unclear. I've read some rumors that Evans will get GL carries. Here's mine: Link
jared7683 0 Posted October 21, 2007 I've never liked NE Rbs...especially w/ brady on his tear...Miamis run D is horrid although...but i would chance it w/ brown this week...he should post 100 and possibly a td...look at what NE likes to do on third and short, they lineup in the shotgun, and Brady tosses a tuddy...go figure... see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=297092
mrgymrat 0 Posted October 21, 2007 NE will roll but the Dolphins will be all about RONNIE BROWN. He could have a big day especially with them playing from behind the whole way. Without a go-to WR, Brown is all they have. They will find a way to get him the ball. my link http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=297089
