Which WR To Start - WHIR, Just Post Link

Recommended Posts

Been leaning on you guys a lot this week and I could use your advice again. We start 2 WRs, scoring is 1 point/10 yards, bonus of 5 points at 100 yards, 5 points at 150 yards, 10 points at 200 yards. TDs count 5 points (0-9), 6 points (10-19), 8 points (20-29), 10 points (30-39), 12 points (40-49), 15 points (50+), so distance matters. One of my WRs will be Houshmandzadeh. I have another stud in Roy Williams, but an underperforming one. So my options are:

Lee Evans at Miami (t-7th ranked passing D)

Greg Jennings vs. Minnesota (31st ranked passing D)

Roy Williams at Arizona (t-7th ranked passing D)

Another thing to consider is that my opponent is starting JP Losman, so there is the added "cancel out" theory if you buy into that. It does concern me that any points Evans gets Losman would pretty much get, but if Evans has a big day I certainly wouldn't want to miss it. Evans and Jennings also strike me as better options than Williams because of their big play ability, which as I mentioned above has bonuses.

I've currently got Lee Evans starting, but I'm strongly thinking of starting Jennings instead. What say you?

You can't go wrong with either Evans or Jennings. I would actually lean towards Jennings in this one. Minn is so tough against the run (shut down LT last week) that the Pack will be passing a lot. And lets face it, Driver is no longer the number one in GB. Jennings should be good for a long score with plenty of yardage in this one. Good luck and thanks for mine.

I think you have to go with Jennings this week. I also have Evans but am sitting him. You know Favre will have to air it out to beat Minn...thanks for mine
