Jacobs is facing a tough Dallas run D. Foster has powered over Arizona before. Jacobs is the better back, but Foster has the better matchup. Little help appreciated

Carolina plays Atlanta, not Arizona...still Foster has an even better match up in that case (the Falcons are 22nd against the run)...so go with Foster.

My gut's been telling me to play Foster - had him in the lineup until this afternoon when I switched to Jacobs. But something was telling me that wasn't the right move. All but one seems to think I had it right the first time.

jacobs has been a beast since his return from injury...they are playing at home and i actually think he will get his this week.

Foster. Deangelo Williams has been stealing less and less runs from him, plus the match up is better.

 

With jacobs, you have two guys who steal carries. At the goal line, the giants have the fade to plaxico, shockey, jacobs, or droughns. Too many options.

Ward hasn't practiced all week, so its only Droughens who will take some carries. I think I would go with Jacobs who has been hot lately.
