Thin Spirit 0 Posted November 26, 2007 Anybody out there have either of these units? I'm looking to upgrade and get one for XMas... I have one of the old school ones, I've had it 2.5 years now... definetly time to upgrade. I'm researching both of these and there doesn't seem to be much difference to justify the $100 price difference. The new one has changing colors, 60 min replay as opposed to 44 min and such but I can't see much else different. Do the newer ones put out a better sound than the old models? t.j 35 Posted November 26, 2007 Does the 4 have the sports ticker at the bottom? That's a pretty schweet feature on the 5. You can choose what teams you want to track on the ticker (NFL, NBA, NCF, NCB, etc). Plus it tells you what channel those games are on, which makes it a lot easier to find the games.
