Flexin' it for the playoffs: Kevin Jones or Lee Evans?

Recommended Posts

Jones vs. SD

Evans vs. CLE

They both have pretty good matchups, but have been up and down all season.

Evans could reward me for hanging in to him all season with a 8/160/2 game, but could also throw up a patented 3/40/0 stinker.

Same for Jones. You saw what he did last week, but will he repeat in San Diego or be lost in the crappiness that is Detriot?

I'm figuring, it's probably a wash, but if anyone has any insight either way, it'd be appreciated.

I'll be more than happy to provide my .02 concerning yours.

J

*edit to clarify*

It's .5 per reception. 15/pt. for rec. and rush yards and 6 pt TDs.

I suppose KJ is the more solid play as weather effects WRs more than the RBs (KJ is playing @ SD and Lee is @ CLE).

Here's the rest of my team:

Palmer

CJ/Colston

Addai/J. Lewis

KJ or Evans

Daniels

My opponent has:

Brees

Wayne/Driver

Westbrook/Henry

A. Gonzalez

D. Clark

On paper, I should win no problem, but it's fantasy football so you never know.

I like the wash thought...LOL

I'd play Jones just because he'll get a lot of looks. Evans can have a huge day, but KJ is the way I'd lean

#1...I'd want to know your scoring system before making a final decision

#2...How much risk can you afford? I think the big day potential definitely lies with Evans, but I think there is a higher probability that Jones will contribute more than Evans. So, do you feel you need to take a risk for a potential big payoff? In other words do you feel like you will need a big day from a player or two in order to win? Or, do you have a solid enough team with steady contributors and you just need to make sure you get something out of each position? If it is the latter, I'd lean toward Jones. If it is the former, I'd go with Evans.
