Was leaning towards Jones because of his big game last week and how he is actually the goaline back of these two choices. Jacobs will get carries no matter what though and thinking he might be the safer play.

I think too many of Jacob's touches are going to Droughns though you'd have to assume Jacobs will get yards - where Jones is the only real running threat in DET in my opinion. I'd roll with him.

How about these thoughts.

 

Meirriman will not be playing.

The Lions opened up some big holes for him last week against Dallas.

Plus they are in warm weather.

 

I think KJ will score more points than BJ.

I am in the same boat, deciding between KJ and Jacobs for my RB2 spot

 

 

I WANT to play Jones.....but i only have started him once and he scored 3 points that week, compared to the average of 15+ when i keep him on the bench.

 

 

 

I need this win, for pride more than anything.

Jones is the high risk high reward play. I'm starting him over FWP this week but it's a PPR league. You just never know what Martz will do. I'm hoping with Roy Williams out, they will focus more on the ground game. Plus, someone else brought up a good point in Merriman being out, weather, etc. etc....

You have to go Jones. He gets more touches. No one can truely predict production. You have to go with the guy who gets the ball the most and hope for the best.
