You're pulling 72-thou straight out of college? I know it's SoCal and all, so cost of living is higher, but damn. Ricey is ballin to be what, 23? 24?

Actually I'm in Nor Cal...where you can't find a decent place to live for under $1500/month.

and i'll be 23 in 2 weeks.

 

I figure I have 3-4 years to fock around with my money until I need to get serious and invest in real estate.
