Flyers v. Canadiennes GAME 5 THREAD!

Recommended Posts

Fock yeah niggas....Flyers vs Pens to go to the finals!!! :pointstosky:

I was at the Flyers/Pens game this year when Umberger and Lupul both had hatricks and the Flyers won 8-2. What a great game with a lot of tension between the two teams. Should be a great series :pointstosky:

The Ramada hasn't had too many problems with stolen cars but at the fields is where the theives camp out and take them. We've been lucky so far. I guess this summer they're beefing up security at the fields.

I miss the Expos. We used to practically live up there when I was going to college over in Vermont. Good times. Montreal is such an incredibly awesome place.

Do you remember which fields you play at Tiki?

I miss the Expos, used to go to 10-12 games a season.

Michel Martin over in Ile Perrot held most of our games last year. We played two at Claude Robillard. I've been up there for the past three years so we played on all the fields. Hebert was one too.

Last year I coached the Can-NH all star team 16U team....so I guess I was an honorary Canadian for a day.

I used to play at Claude R. Let me know if you're heading this way this year, I'll come watch a game.

We'll be up the first week of July. This will be the first year (in a long time) I'm not coaching. My daughter is playing on a team from NH called AVS (Ammonoosuc Valley Softball) so I'll be a spectator. We should get together for a beer. One thing I love about Montreal is being able to sit at the park and have a beer. The big "all-star" game they put on at the opening night ceremony is a good time. Also the Ramada Dorval has a pretty nice bar in it.

Are you bilingual?

I'm english, I've been here for 20+ years so I've picked up a few phrases. No problems there. I'll come see a game with you for sure.

 I'm sure we'll be staying at the same place. Everyone seems to know their way around the city now that we've invested in GPS units for our cars.

Since I'm not coaching this year I'll let you recommend a good place to get a beer. Usually the Jazz Festival is going on while we're up there. Always a good time too.
