need help with first rb pick

i am selecting my first rb, my keeper from last year was andre johnson, and my first pick is p. manning. rb i think is my next pick and i am stuck here is my options

 

s. jackson- worried about his contract

m. lynch

larry johnson- can he come back

ryan grant- without favre

frank gore- mike martz the running back killer there now

marion barber

julius jones

 

obviously s. jackson sticks out but his contract hold out scares me , should i just take him

 

who would you choose?

I would take either Barber or Lynch. Dont know what is up with Jackson

My list:

 

1. MBIII - finally the man in big D

2. Lynch - solid

3. LJ - potential to be big time

4. Gore - by default over SJax but experts thik he will be huge. I don't see how in SF offense

5. SJax - I think he'd rather holdout

6. Grant - I like Grant but he is only a #2 RB

1. Steven Jackson- I think he will eventually sign.... he's not going to hold out during the season, that would be suicide.

2. Lynch - 1100+ yrds in only 13 games last year, plus Bills have improved, plus he's not going to get suspended for the car accident

3. Gore - he is a good receiver out of the backfield and the niners rely on him for their offense. He will get the rock a ton and there is nobody to steal touches from him

SJAX for me. If you don't like him this year, Lynch is your guy.
