I wouldn't be overly confident, but I think you did okay. I probably would have taken a backup QB over a 5th or 6th RB. I think you will end up starting McFadden and Young most weeks. Just have to hope McFadden can carry the load early and often as a rookie and that Young is the man in Denver. Please see mine

McFadden & Young

To be sucessful, you are going to need a few things to break your way. You need ADP to get hurt to turn Taylor into a viable starter. You need McFadden and/or Mendenhall to take charge and put the other OAK/PIT RB's on the bench.

Hopefully, your WR and QB can make up for the difference.

I think so... This has been one of the many themes this year, going WR/WR/Q/RB or WR/QB/WR/RB etc. It really just depends on what the value is when it gets to you. I think it is impossible to have your top 7 picks all be #1 studs. So you usually have to take a chance on weak QB to get stud WR/RB or take a chance on some RB if you want stud QB/WR and so on.

I LOVE your WRs/QB and TE. Your RBs look to be very serviceable as well. I think you will be starting Run DMC and Young most of the time and should be fun to have them go against each other week 1 on MNF. Smith could find himself on your starting line up on some weeks depending on the match ups.

Overall the short answer is yes it worked for you.

Luck

Mine?

no glaring weakness except it might take a few weeks for your rbs to pan out....run dmc went in the 3rd round in our league, rightesously so.

i am a giants fan and know that shockey will have a great year as long as he can stay healthy. your reach for romo in 2nd round has been something ive been seeing a lot lately.

if you have good matchups, opponents/bye weeks, you will be in there til the end.

I can tell you 100% that at this time Kevin Smith is the guy in Detroit. Everybody is gushing over how good he looks here.

That said, I think I would still go with McFadden and Young in the long run. Just keep an eye on Detroit's schedule. Maybe week one, I would go with Young and Smith. Fargas is technically the #1 in Oakland for week one.

Thanks for mine!

Ouch, that's a lot of "what if"s at RB, especially with the Rudi to Detroit rumours that started ysterday. Tough pick with McFadden in the 4th, with Fargas being the starter (as least for the time being). I guess for now, I'd start Young and Smith.

Your other positions look solid.
