ChazzyCelotts 1 Posted September 11, 2008 anything i feel there should be no reason to veto that trade because it helps out both teams
stiles22 0 Posted September 12, 2008 That's ridiculous. Cassel is such a wildcard and unknown that you could justify trading him for almost anybody. He could be boom or bust, and certainly is worth a trade for Crayton.
ffsmack 0 Posted September 12, 2008 Definitely fair, shouldn't have been vetoed.
Mr. Thanksgiving 0 Posted September 12, 2008 i agree. terrible use of veto power.
Ray_T 753 Posted September 12, 2008 I also agree. the trade makes sense. one of you needs a QB one of you needs a WR. Neither is considered a stud at this point in their career. In fact, Both are fringe starters. This may be one of the worst uses of the veto power I've ever seen. This should be used for dangerously lopsided trades. not for stuff like this. First, I'd ask for an explanation of the Veto in Writing, and re-state your case. If they wont hear it, or wont provide an explanation, I'd consider finding myself a different league next year. anyone who would veto this, would also veto any deal that you can do to help your team.
