tazman01 0 Posted September 16, 2008 PPR TD and yards basic setup - I start 2 each week with a fles RB/WR - My RB - Grant A Peterson K Smith R Rice P Thomas Sproles Start 2 Starting WR are Fitz, R Williams, Royal Flex has been K Smith so far as I trust a RB more than a WR so I sat Royal 1st two weeks I have to drop one Rb - leaning towards dropping Thomas or Sproles but here is my thinking Rice c/b main guy with McGahee troubles Sproles c/b getting more carries and looked good Sunday - LT's toe could linger limiting him quite a bit Thomas I liked as Bush is not much of a runner - more of a receiver so Pierre's rushing should increase and get the goal line carries thanks and leave a link for yours. rottytiny 7 Posted September 16, 2008 I would dump Ray Rice out of those guys. Sproles and Thomas are in better offenses, although neither is a sure thing, I think they are in better spots then Rice. Balt is talking of a 3-headed rb attack so that sucks, and IMO I can see McGahee getting 80-90% of the carries when hes healthy. Sproles is $$ if LT is hurt for an extended period of time (SD o-line is tough) and Pierre gets touches every week in an offense that should score plenty. mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=324158
qb jack 0 Posted September 16, 2008 I agree with everything that was just written. Ray Rice is the one that you have to give up. I see the lure to see if he becomes head dog in Baltimore, but Sproles and Jones are too good to let go on the wire. I would love to be the guy who took one of those two if you dropped them... mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=324160
rwren 4 Posted September 16, 2008 Ray Rice. Crappy offense, rookie QB, rookie Head Coach. Even a healthy McGahee isn't putting up stellar numbers with all of that. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=324174
Fizzelps 0 Posted September 16, 2008 I would agree with Ray Rice as well. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=324180
Pavlov 0 Posted September 16, 2008 I'd agree with the other posters. Rice averaged 2.2 ypc in week one. McGahee is getting extra time to heal and will only steal more touches from Rice as the season progresses. Help me out here: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=324186
