MikieV101 0 Posted September 18, 2008 Have been offered Randy Moss for Calvin Johnson. I drafted Calvin as a breakout candidate this year...but it's tempting.
Belushi 9 Posted September 18, 2008 I wouldn't. Cassels just isn't going to pass enough, and teams are double covering Moss, like they did at the end of last season. Johnson is the #1 in Detroit, a team that will be passing allot because they can't run and their D can't stop anybody. I'm not sure Moss is even a top 10 WR at this point. yostevo 0 Posted September 18, 2008 The reason he wants CJ is because he willl be more like Moss than Moss himself.

crookshow 0 Posted September 18, 2008 Calvin Johnson isn't a sell high guy, he's going to be a monster all year and it's apparent by the complete lack of defense that the Lions are going to be throwing a lot. I see him as a top 5 WR right now. As for Moss, I wouldn't want to have anything to do with him at this point. He may still put up some big games now and then, but his numbers are going to be mighty inconsistent with Cassel at QB. Not to mention, he has been known to quit on his QB when things start going bad and you can't rule that out. If you want Moss, try to package some lesser players, but don't trade a stud for a question mark.
