RB help for Week 6

I need some buy week help at RB. Who should I start along side Gore:

R. Williams vs. Hou

C. Taylor vs. Det

 

or pickup Benson vs. Jets

 

I have taylor in there now, thinking that it might be a blowout and he'll get some carries after peterson does his work.

what do you guys think.

Taylor does get carries and Detroit does stink, but I'd lean towards Benson right now because from looking at their last game, they're going to be getting him involved more and more. Plus the Jets have no world beater defense either.
