A RB choice

I can start up to 3 RB's (1 is my flex). Here's my choices:

 

LT vs. Buff

Jacobs vs SF

Slaton vs. Det

Lynch vs. SD

 

Right now I'm thinking of benching LT because he's traveling east for an early 1pm game.

 

Any thoughts?

I'm definitely playing Slaton in all the leagues (I have 7 teams) that I have him and playing Jacobs as my #2 RB in the league I have him. Jacobs removed all doubt in his last game about whether he will see enough of the rock or whether it would be a 3 way RBBC.

Yup, good problem to have.

 

I hate to say it, but I think that Slaton is the odd man out here. I've been known to be wrong before, but I look at how RBs have performed against the Lions in the past few weeks. Strangely, it's not that good!

 

AP - 25 for 111, and 2 fumbles

Forte - 15 for 36, though he scored a TD on the ground and in the air

 

While the Lions run D isn't great, don't let those rankings fool you. They gave up 370 yards to the Falcons in week 1. It hasn't been anywhere near that bad since then.

 

I just think that the other three options are better bets on Sunday. Lynch, LT, and Jacobs will definitely get their touches, and should all find the end zone.

Play Slaton. He has the potential to have more receiving yards than rushing yards. Either way, his totals should be very good.

I'd play Jacobs and Slaton. Matchup are nice for both. LT and Lynch haven't been great so even though they can explode at any time, more likely they won't do it with tougher matchups.
