3rd WR Help

I currently have TJ in my lineup and set to start. He hasn't gone OFF since Palmer went down, however he's been quite safe...almost a guaranteed 6-7 catches and 50-70 yards. Lance Moore, on the other hand, has had fewer catches but has been getting TD's (including the one last week in garbage time...but I'll take it whenever). I'm throwing Roy Williams name out there too b/c Romo is back, but I'm leaning towards giving them a week or two to see what develops.

 

This is a 1 point per reception (PPR) league. You can see the entire team in my signature below. I've been starting 1 RB and 3 WR every week (you'll see why when you see my roster) and am currently alone in second place.

As you said, TJ is the safe choice as he will get his catches, and Moore loses some targets with Colston back, but with Brees throwing the ball, I think there is more than enough to go around for them both - and they are a pass happy team to boot...I would take a chance on Moore (though I think Williams will be a great choice a couple weeks down the road)

I agree with Housh. I think your reasoning is sound. Wait and see on the Cowboys offense before you trust Roy, and Moore is a bigger gamble than TJ.
