Looking for a free utility to create a DVD that will autorun when put in a DVD player

Not looking for something that will create DVDs that autorun on computers or flash drives. I know what can do that. Looking for something that will output autorun DVDs for standalone DVD players. I'm on Windows.

To get things to autorun, all you have to do is put a text file at the root named autorun.inf and inside it have...

 

[autorun]

open=filename.exe

Not 100% sure Blitz... I have only burned DVDs with software and such, never with movies or music or anything like that...
