Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 1, 2009 Hi Jim. I don't think it will lock you out from trying over and over again. The username and password are case-sensitive. I've noticed for some people when they purchase they have more than one user account, and the account that the system is granting access to the Compiler is not the one they expect (it matches by email first, and then grabs the oldest account if there is more than one). Maybe that is the issue. Send us an email at login@fftoday.com with a copy of your transaction receipt including what email address that went to, and we'll get it straightened out.
