How many WR's & RB's do you start? Is there a flex position in your league? If you start 3 RB's (or 2RB's and a flex) then this trade becomes less attractive since you can use your RB depth each week.

As is, I wouldn't make this trade.

Don't really like it. You're getting a step up with MJD from Forte, but not sure it's that huge of a step up to warrant the effect of losing Colston and McGahee for White.

Feel you're weakening your RB depth by losing McGahee (hmmm...not sure what to think about having McGahee and Rice on the same team - potential trade material?). I think you're good with Forte, Jacobs, and McGahee/Rice, have to see about K. Smith, but not sold on Grant Perhaps larger concern with the trade is weakening your WR's. Colston is Drew Bree's favorite target and what more needs be said? I have Roy Williams and have just about given up on hoping he'll be the supposed great (well, very good) receiver he was supposed to be.

Others may disagree, but possibly trade a lesser RB and WR to help strengthen your WR's? Maybe tough to find any takers but worth a shot.

Thanks for mine, and good luck!

I agree with this guy. I also think Forte will start to turn it on so I'd keep what you have.

I would do this deal. Forte is showing he is not great. Last year he produced on opportunity alone because they fed him the ball. But it seems the league is catching up to him. He isnt blessed with outstanding talent. Im sure he will turn it around, because his next 6 or 7 weeks are very favorable. But did you look at his playoff schedule? Its deadly. MJD is an upgrade and he will definitely score double digit TDs this year. He has the explosive potential to drop 30 pts. Forte at his best gets you 12-17 pts in a week. I also think Roddy White turns it around. Eventually teams will start doubling Gonzo more and White will get more passes his way. He is another stellar talent. I agree that it will be a downgrade from Colston, but if you can get Housh in return, that helps your receiving core overall I think.

Thanks for checking mine.

This is dead on. Don't do it.

start 3WR and 2RB, no flex

As is, I don't really like the trade. I think you give up too much. But if you have him add in some WR help, its not bad. You have a ton of RB depth that in your league you can't use since you only start two. You pretty much need to trade some of it to add more WR depth, or upgrade your TE. Weeks like this where you have to start Andre & Colston with both of them facing shutdown corners are not going to be fun & WR depth is nice when you start 3 of them.

Counter offer with Tony Gonzalez or Brandon Marshall thrown in there. I'd consider a trade like:

Forte, Grant/McGahee, Colston, Carlson <==> MJD, Gonzalez, White, Marshall

He isn't interested in Rice or Grant. I have no problem giving up McGahee, he was a WW add and only planned on using him as trade bait. I can try to go for Marshall. I am also trying to get rid of Rice (I don't want any part of the situation in Baltimore) especially when I have feature other backs on my roster.

As is, I don't like it... I would definetely take MJD over Forte, but giving up Colston and McGhee for simply White is an absolute no-no.

Thanks for your input.

Hmmm....I don't see how it helps you. I think MJD is going to be up and down this year on that team and McGahee is money right now--no reason to question that. I also think Forte will get better.... Bottom line, i think the whole year will look like MJDs 3 starts this year: inconsistent. Stay put...

I don't like this trade. Yes, MJD is a definite upgrade over Forte. Not a big fan of Forte and his schedule down the stretch is difficult. McGahee is the surprise in this group this year. He currently is slightly ahead of MJD in points so far this year. Although Willis and Rice are a RBBC, Willis is getting the lion's share of the red zone touches. That can be huge if you think the Ravens offense will continue to score like they have in the first three games, and I think they will. I just don't see the upside in giving up Colston, who is the #1 WR being thrown to by Brees to get MJD. You are giving too much in my opinion.

Thanks for responding to mine!
