Deangello Williams status for next season

Is Deangello a free agent after this season? I am asking because I read on a "rumor" blog about his possible destinations, but it didn't say whether is was a FA or not. Does anyone know if he is under contract with the Panthers next season?

No he's not a FA (based on the list I've looked at) unless traded, which is a possibility.
