Yes, I know he's had the off-field issues, but why didn't he produce down in JAX?

 

Bad route rounning?

Can't hang on to the ball?

Bad passing game?

 

I don't get how his stats can be so mediocre (at best) considering he's 6'6" and runs a 4.40 40. I've never watched the guy play, so I was just curious as to what his problem is.

I kind of get that feeling too, but I can't figure out why he didn't do it with JAX.

 

It seems logical to me that if you run this guy deep every passing play, you're going to open up the underneath stuff for the other WRs. I mean he's tall and fast - can only one guy cover him?

 

As long as Palmer can put it on target (big question mark), and Chad Johnson/Antonio Bryant running underneath, this should be a huge passing year for the Bengals.

If I remember correctly, he actually played quite well his last season in Jacks and looked like he was beginning to get it. He had stretches were he definitely was in the game. 65 catches in 12 games isn't horrible.
