Forsett handling KR and starting RB duties?

Is Forsett really handling the KR duties and starting at RB? I am just wondering because Yahoo has him listed on the depth chart like this. But that would be kind of odd to have the starting RB handle KR duties. If he isn't then would Golden Tate handle KR or someone else?

Im almost certain that Leon Washington has been designated the KR guy.

Justin Forsett will start at running back and serve as Seattle's punt returner.

 

Leon Washington will return kickoffs for Seattle.

He is the punt returner. It's a bit rare anymore for RB's but nothing shocking about it. A number of starting WR's are punt returners. (D-jax, Welker.)

 

If anything it shows they think he's a big play threat that they need to use whenever possible.

hes got his top 2 rb's returning kicks. Look I have them both in my return yard league, but this just isnt wise.
