Morris or Tate

Recommended Posts

#1 seed in the playoffs at 10-4, and I have some awesome matchups. Stafford @Oak, Foster @Car, Welker @Den. The problem is McFadden has failed to return and Murray blew a tire. My only other options are Maurice Morris, who appears to have a "chest" issue, or Ben Tate, who may get some significant duty given that Carolina appears to give up the second most points to RBs. I'm leaning toward Tate...

You sound a lot like me (mcfadden owner, # 1 in league, that needs RB assistance)

I would go with Tate as your running back, more upside against a bad defense. Good Luck

please see my Mcfadden entry, thanks

Has to be Tate, and hope they just run it down Carolina's throat, which they probably will with Yates at QB. As long as Cam doesn't go superfreak on Houston, you should be OK with both RBs. Can't imagine starting Morris and even if he lucks into a good game, you can't second guess it.

I'd go Tate. Both of those guys are probably second fiddles (Tate to Foster and Morris to Kevin Smith), but Tate is the much better player in a much better run offense. I could see both Tate and Foster wiping the floor with the Panthers this weekend.
