Drop Ryan Williams for Denarius Moore

I have Ryan Williams but I found Denarius on the Wire and am thinking he might be more valuable in my PPR league. What do you think?

 

I also have Ben Tate who seems pretty much like a bump on a log unless Foster goes down. High upside but taking up a slot on a short bench.

 

Tate or Williams for Moore?
