BigDaddy1978 0 Posted October 11, 2012 Non-PPR IDP Keeper League. I just traded for McFadden before he went on Bye, so I haven't even gotten to play him yet. It's my: DMC and Thomas for his AJ and Spiller DMC is injury prone but has loads of potential and DT has been playing well. AJ has some name cred, but he's getting old by NFL standards and hasn't been playing great so far. Meanwhile, CJ spiller plays great as the feature back but doesn't seem to produce much with Jackson splitting carries. He could still have great keeper value though, but then, so should McFadden. You can see my dilemma? Any thoughts?

flyjam 1 Posted October 11, 2012 mcfadden/thomas gets the better of the deal http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=409754&st=0&gopid=4865767 thanks
gloveus 0 Posted October 11, 2012 I agree, I wouldn't do it. Johnson just isn't the elite WR that he has been the past few years anymore. His targets are way down and the Texans Def makes it so that the team doesn't have to throw a lot. Thomas is going to be a top receiver for the rest of the season. With the Broncos always playing catchup and Manning knows that with his noodle arm, his best option is throwing a jump ball up for Thomas. Spiller is great, but like you said, don't be swayed by the "name" value of Johnson.
