I wasnt whining. I fully accept the vagaries and whims of the Fantasy Football Gods, in their honor we pray. I would rather be the highest scoring 8th place team EVAR than win some mathematical formula league that makes things "fair". Fair is so f*cking boring. Last season the Fantasy Football Gods (in their honor we pray) gaveth in the form of Stafford to CalJohn, this season they taketh in the form of McCoy and high ankle sprains.

Same record, I don't lead the league in scoring anymore, but I was up until two weeks ago.

 

That's just fantasy football for you. You could always play in a total points league, but that takes a lot of the fun out of it. My buddy won our league two years ago Lazarus like after starting 0-5. He drafted Kolb and picked up Vick when he went down with injury. The rest was history.

 

It's not how you start, but how you finish. Just focus on getting in the playoffs.

I prefer the randomness factor in h2h as well

To each their own preference between h2h or total points. I can understand if you are purely about winning and that is all you care about along with the money, then yeah total points makes sense. I am not just not a fan.
