Do most leagues use default scoring?

I've never used default scoring, i take it most leagues do? Any helpful feedback on our scoring system found be below is welcomed. I think our Defense scoring may need to be tweaked next season. A typical score is around 1500 points. (1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1 team defense).

Passing Yards: 1 point per yard Each Pass Completed: 2

TD Pass: 45 Interceptions Thrown: -30

2pt Passing Conversion: 15 Sacked: -10

 

 

Rushing

 

Rushing Yards: 2 points per yard TD Rush: 60

2pt Rushing Conversion: 20

 

Receiving

 

Receiving Yards: 2 points per yard Each reception: 2

TD Reception: 60 2pt Receiving Conversion: 20

 

Miscellaneous

 

Kickoff Return Yards: 1 point per yard Punt Return Yards: 1 point per yard

Kickoff Return TD: 60 Punt Return TD: 60

Fumble Recovered for TD: 60 Total Fumbles Lost: -40

 

Kicking

 

Each PAT Made: 10 Each PAT Missed: -10

FG Made (0-39 yards): 30 FG Made (40-49 yards): 35

FG Made (50+ yards): 40 FG Missed (0-39 yards): -15

FG Missed (40-49 yards): -10

 

Team Defense / Special Teams

 

Each Sack: 10 Interception Return TD: 60

Fumble Return TD: 60 Blocked Punt or FG return for TD: 60

Blocked Punt, PAT or FG: 20 Each Interception: 40

Each Fumble Recovered: 40 Each Safety: 30

 

0 points allowed: 200 1-6 points allowed: 125

7-13 points allowed: 50 14-17 points allowed: 25

18-21 points allowed: -25 22-27 points allowed: -50

28-34 points allowed: -125 35-45 points allowed: -180

46+ points allowed: -180

Damn where did you get that scoring from? 1500 points? Thats insane. Im in standard scoring and that is WAY too high compared to the one im in. Dont do 1 point per yard or points for pass completed.
