Put up 60 lb dumbells today

I am sure the level at which people care is very low, but i am excited about my new old achievement.

 

3 years ago i tore my rotator cuff, while not a terrible tear, i did not take the proper steps to ensure my injury healed properly. I have been to the gym on and off since the injury (mostly off because of work), but my shoulder would always hurt even after i did a full rehab. It mostly hurt doing bench since the injury occured while doing decline.

 

The most i could get up was 30 pound dumbells, and even then i had pain. Most women can put up that much. Well today was my first day back in a few months and all of a sudden it doesnt hurt. No more limitations, just more awareness of my form and making sure one muscle doesnt far exceed the rest.
