Starting A New Keeper/Dynasty League - Best Site?

I've used CBS for several years with my auction league and I like it just fine but I believe it costs something to use their site? I've also used Yahoo! and that's ok too but I feel like you get what you pay for there (Free).

 

Who feels that their site does a really good job, has good commissioner tools, is highly customizable and doesn't cost a ton of money? I want to stick with whatever site I pick so that we can keep running tallies over the years and can easily transfer all our keepers etc from year to year. I'm not sure about any of the league specs yet. I'd appreciate any insights you may have.
