Daltnator 19 Posted October 19, 2013 Is there any logical rationale for sitting Johnson in favor of Keenan Allen? The most logical reasoning that I can come up with is Johnson is gimpy AND without his starting QB AND doesn't have a veteran back up QB but an undrafted rookie throwing the ball AND playing against a top 3 DEF AND playing in Arrowhead Stadium. Keenen is the hot new #1 WR on a Chargers team where Rivers is playing well AND he's playing against the worst team in football AND he's getting plenty of targets. Is any of that sound enough logic to make the switch or is it trying to get too cute? Johnson is an elite talent and it's hard to bench him. What are some other thoughts? AintNoStoppinMeNow 68 Posted October 19, 2013 You just posted my exact reply. Andre Johnson isn't 100% facing KC D in KC and going with an unknown at QB. Meanwhile Allen has two straight 100 yards games with a score and his targets/stats have been increasing each week. Oh yeah, and he's facing the Jags. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=426178
