phillybear 366 Posted December 17, 2013 The only team that could potentially catch Seattle in chase for playoff positioning is San Fran (strength of schedule tie breaker). One Seattle win or tie, or one SF loss or tie gives Seattle the #1 seed. Being that SF plays Monday Night, Seattle cannot anticipate a SF loss, so they would need to play to win to clinch the #1 seed. The Saints cannot catch Seattle.
