Trading Peyton Manning - who to target

What kind of value are you looking for if you were to trade Peyton Manning right now? Here is my situation:

 

I have Peyton Manning and Philip Rivers and want to upgrade at RB because I don't need both QBs.

 

I'm targeting a guy in my league who is starting Roethlisberger. He will give me Eddie Lacy for Peyton and then I would roll with Rivers rest of season.

 

Thoughts?

 

My RBs: Joique Bell, Khiry Robinson, Isaiah Crowell, Toby Gerhart, (Ridley - IR)

 

His other RBs: Gore and Ben Tate.

 

My WRs are solid and my TE is solid.

 

For what it's worth my league is trade-averse. I need to get SOMETHING for one of these QBs (right?! I don't need both) and I don't see others in my league marginally upgrading their QB for a back better than Lacy. He will only do the trade for Manning.

 

Will answer yours. Appreciate any responses.

Lacy for Manning . Wow why sale so low for a stud QB like Manning . I would keep Manning over Rivers

agree with Wee. If you really wanted to trade Manning you could much more than the unreliable Lacy

Dude you can get Rivers for that.

 

Honestly, you can get Lacy + RB/WR upgrade swap at a minimum... there are teams who only have winning records cause of Manning. You need to target top 5 RB and Murray is on the block.
