In a regular league you'd be able to. Not sure why you couldn't as long as there was a cost. It keeps competitive balance over the whole season. Since we implemented the sup drafts, trading in this league went down.

Then maybe the supplemental drafts need to be abolished in future years... That would make the draft a lot more challenging and would cause people to reach even more...
