The entire premise of this thread is predestination / predetermination.

 

Emanuel Kant would have a thing or two to say about that.

 

But you know what they say; "Those that Kant..."

 

Personally, I am a strong acolyte of what the simple stated might refer to as a Quantum Universe.

 

In short, I don't believe destiny is a word problem, but rather an equation - with a farrago of constantly changing variables - all impacted by an almost limitless farrago of even more variables, who are themselves impacted by, etc..

 

I believe it is only our simple minds that believe that there is only one destiny - or at best a few discrete options.

However, the Powers That Be, be they at all, are packing quantum minds against a relativity mindset. Kind of like teaching subtlety to a Spaniel.
