Instant pot dinner tonight...cheesy chicken rice...

Cubed chicken diced onion and 4 cloves of garlic and salt and pepper sauteed in pot till chicken brownish and onions translucent.

Add 2 cups rice...2 and a half cups chicken broth and 1 cup water.

Cook on manual for 8 minutes...

Quick release and add a bag of frozen mixed veggies..2 cups chedder cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.

Mix well and the frozen veg will cook nicely.

 

 

Was pretty damn good comfort food for a cold rainy night
