Would you do this trade?

A guy in my league offered me K Hunt, K Herbert and M Williams/Dotson for Saquon. Turned that down (for context I have Monty so taking Herbert would give me a handcuff but a potential headache too, while I don't really need another talented but inconsistent WR to add to the mix). 

I've suggested giving Saquon + Godwin for Tee Higgins, AJ Dillon and Hunt. Half-PPR. Fair deal? And would you pull the trigger? 

My roster:

QB: Carr
RBs: Barkley, Stevenson, Montgomery, Mostert, Patterson (IR)
WRs: Adams, DJ Moore, Godwin, E Moore, R Moore
TE: Thomas, Okwuegbunam (dropping for T Burks if I claim in on waivers)

I also like to be the one receiving the best player in the deal, Barkley is that player.  I would keep him.

I normally do too, but my fear with Saquon is a) injury risk and b) the Giants offense is so bad he's having to play at a superhuman level to be effective and feel maybe I get as much as I can for him before that drops off. Of course he could end up being incredible all season. Having two stud WRs as well as a stable roster of solid RBs with high upside is hard to turn down though.

I would not trade Saquon in this deal. Higgins is also an injury risk.
