Pepper X

Habanero is the hottest I go but do love spicy peppers.

Years ago, I was with my family strolling around in this quaint little town. We stepped into a place where you could try all kinds of jellies and sauces.

I was working my way through a line of Dave's sauces and got to Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce, and nearby was a sign - with a skull and crossbones - warning customers that this sauce was hot.

I soaked a big cracker in it and popped it into my mouth. I immediately regretted this. It felt like a bomb had gone off in my mouth.

I started sweating profusely and looked around for something that could put out the fire. The little old ladies behind a nearby counter started cackling at me, and one said, "The sign says that sauce is hot! Bwhahaha!!!"

With the firestorm raging, I got the hiccups as I spotted a soft-serve ice cream machine and hurriedly made my way toward it.

Rather than mess with a cone or bowl, I just put my mouth under the dispenser, flipped the handle and filled my piehole with vanilla ice cream. This made the old ladies cackle even louder.

The ice cream did the trick and put out the fire.

But it wasn't over.

Later that day, the firestorm resumed at the exit portal, feeling like I was giving birth to hot coals.

The crazy thing is that this sauce was ketchup compared to the crazy sh!t that tops the hot list these days.

Cool story and had that sauce once before as well, Some dude brought it into a restaurant I worked at. Put some on my tongue and was bothering me for a bit. Other dude I work with that tried it came back to me and said he thought Jesus was going to take him.
