Waiver Wire Surprise - WR Opportunity

I don't know what's going on but someone in one of my leagues has appeared to have given up on Rams WRs.  I know they haven't done much in the Stafford's absence but both Nacua  and Kupp have just been dropped. 

My WRs: Addison, Flowers, Collins, Cooper, Aiyuk, and St Brown

My RBs: Etienne, Swift, B. Robinson, Je. Williams, Achane

Unfortunately, my waiver order is current 8 (of 10) so there is likelihood I can't grab either.  For waiver priority, rest of season, should I prioritize Kupp or Nacua?  I intend to drop Addison and either Flowers/Collins (which one do you think) in their favor.  I'm leaning towards prioritizing Kupp over Nacua.  Also, if those fall through, would you take Diontae Johnson over Addison, Collins, or Flowers ROS?  PPR league.

I’m shocked that any of these players were dropped and I’ll be even more shocked if 7 of your league mates don’t snatch up all 3 of these players before you. With that said, Kupp before Nacua for sure. I’d take Johnson over both Addison and Flowers.
