Second, picture a horizontal figure eight. Think of the thoughts or things you want to see or find in your mind. Third, imagine these going around the eight. Slower when you are doing tasks that don’t require it be done immediately. But, faster in conversation. And pause when needed and break when needed. I’ve never been more focused in my life.
