Rockies Red Sox benches clear over car-jacking comment

Colorado’s incredible show of force display at the plate was somehow overshadowed by the brawl. After Rockies starter Cal Quantrill got Boston catcher Reese McGuire to fly out, the pitcher began pumping his fist in celebration. McGuire took exception to what he considered showboating and started barking at him. Quantrill then escalated the situation by bringing up the time McGuire was arrested for playing with himself in his car.
