Hall, Taylor and Etienne?

I am in a 1/2 ppr, 12 team dynasty/keeper auction league. $300 to draft 19 players; line up 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 Flex (RB, WR, TE), 1K, 1 Def. 

My current keepers are:

B. Hall $46 (can keep 3 more years), J. Taylor $34 (can keep 4 more years), T. Etienne $14 (can keep 2 more years)

Other options: J. Love $1, Z. Moss $6, Dionte Johnson $15, M. Pittman $5 and T. Dell $15

Best to go in with who I have as all 3 RBs could easily finish top 5 at their position, or should I try to make a deal for a top tier WR like Jefferson for $25 (last year). The concern is that based on ADP, the only top 15 WR's available are Lamb, AJ Brown, M Harrison, D Adams, Evans, London and Samuel. The last 3 I would not feel good about as my #1 WR. The others will most likely range in the $60-100 range, the lower being Harrison since he is a rookie. 

What I was thinking to offer is Etienne and Pittman or Dell for Jefferson straight up.

Go in with Hall, Taylor and Jefferson. Having essentially 3 players with current ADP in top 7 for just $105. Or Hall, Taylor and Etienne for $94. Etienne is just outside the top 7, about ADP 9.

I would trade, I like AJ Brown, And Harrison also, so any of those two would be an improvement.  

Jefferson is volume prof, but that Qb situation isn’t.
